Our real Estate arm of the business is aimed at contributing to the improvement of the lives of NYC residents by helping improving existing living conditions. We strive to add value to the living standards of NYC residents by making high quality design and housing solutions affordable to its residents.

With an experience of deploying modular housing solutions internationally through its partners Reinhold Grey LLC hopes to create innovation aimed at making home construction faster and more readily duplicatable within New York.

We are also committed to building certain E-commerce brands that help mold the fabric of certain communities in a positive way. These include culture related brands and media channels.

OUR TEAM

Ifeanyichukwu Uzor (Vinny) is Head of Development and has over 15 years experience in Architecture in a vast array of projects types building competence in Retail, Hospitality and Residential projects in New York city. He has international experience working across the continent subsequent to obtaining his Bachelors degree in Architecture and Masters degree in Construction Management from the University of Lagos. He has also taken courses in Project management and Interior design from Boston University and Parsons School of Design. In New York he has worked for many major Architectural practices such as Woods Bagot and Skidmore, Owings and Merrill. He has worked on projects for brands that include Chipotle, Holt Renfrew, Time Warner, Virgin Hotels, Waldorf Astoria and the Metropolitan Museum. He has also worked on many Residential projects for both major developers like Two Trees and HFZ Capital as well as many single and multi-family residential projects for private clients.
